PEAKS AVENUE is a duplex condo renovation in Chiang Mai designed to create a modern, warm, and timeless living space.
This project reflects how thoughtful interior design in Chiang Mai can transform a condominium into a personal and character-filled home.

Our goal was to design a calm, simple atmosphere while adding depth and personality through carefully curated colors, materials, and artwork.

A Warm Neutral Palette with Bold Accents

The main design direction focuses on a modern minimalist interior using a warm neutral base.
To bring life and energy into the space, we introduced accents of black, red, and green in balanced proportions.

These colors add contrast, create visual rhythm, and give the home a vibrant yet sophisticated character.

Double-Volume Feature Wall & Art Focal Point

The duplex layout includes a dramatic double-volume living area, which became the centerpiece of the design.

A custom textured wall was created with a subtle color gradient to guide the eye upward, leading to a large statement artwork positioned as the focal point of the space.
This design move enhances verticality and emphasizes the spaciousness of the duplex condominium.
